Dr. Arjun Rajagopalan is the Trustee, Medical Director and Head of Department of Surgery at Sundaram Medical Foundation, Chennai. He is also the Director of E.V. Kalyani Medical Foundation & Medical Centre, Chennai, Trustee of Citizen & Consumer Action Group (CAG), Chennai and President of Resource group for Education and Advocacy for Community Health (REACH).

He has conducted very popular surgical sessions for Final MBBS students, for 24 years. Many of his students hold a wide variety of academic positions in centres around the world.
