Dr Sai Krishna Vittal had both his Undergraduate and Postgraduate Training from the prestigious Madras Medical College. He obtained his FRCS from Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and had higher surgical training in the UK for about six years. He is a Consultant Endocrine Surgeon based at Chennai.

He was awarded FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He has a passion for teaching having participated in and organized many courses and CME lectures for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. He has delivered many Orations, given more than hundred invited lectures and presented papers both in India and abroad. He has also had publications in peer reviewed journals and authored chapters in textbooks.

• An International Surgical Advisor for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and also an Examiner for the same College for the Intercollegiate MRCS Exams.
